Rowing

Our Rowing classes will utilize Concept 2 rowing machines to bring you a variable interval, full body, low-impact workout. We will also incorporate additional core exercises on a regular basis. The class setting will help motivate and encourage you to push yourself, all while having fun in a safe environment. REGISTRATION for class is REQUIRED. 1st time attendees MUST show up 10 minutes prior to class start for instruction on rower use.
